The mission of Dreamcatcher Residential and Commercial Design is to design tomorrow's architecture today. We combine modern and distinctive design with professional project management. Our broad portfolio of successful projects and accomplishments speaks for itself.
We bring to the table:
Dreamcatcher Residential and Commercial Design is a small company, in business for close to 20 years, and following the principle of the Dreamcatcher:
We will take your construction challenge, stream it through the web of the Dreamcatcher, let the bad parts fall to the ground and the good ones come to you.
Here is how we do it: After consultations with the client, we prepare schematic designs to be reviewed and discussed with the client. Based on the client approved design, we prepare, for the client’s review and approval, construction documents consisting of drawings and specifications, review statutes, regulations, codes and by-laws applicable to the design and where necessary review the same with the authorities having jurisdiction in order to apply for and obtain the consents, approvals, licenses and permits necessary for the project.
When requested, we could recommend contractors and do occasional site inspections.
I, Luminita (Lou) Serbanescu am a designer; studied at the Institute of Architecture in Bucharest, Romania, and graduated with a Diploma in Architecture.
I designed numerous new houses, additions, renovations. Beside the residential projects, I designed many small commercial buildings and a few bigger ones where I cooperated with registered architects. Please review my Curriculum Vitae for more details.
I enjoy the challenge of creating new spaces, of making it work and seeing my clients happy!
The best feedback I received and will always remember was from the owner of renovated house who said: “You changed our life!”
